We have a portable crib upstairs next to our desks that Samantha plays in. Lennie calls it her "pack and play". I don't know if that's an official designation or what. Anyway, I was sitting at my desk and she was playing with her toys, when I turned around to see this:



So we lowered the bottom now so she can't try to jump out.

We fill out a set of brackets for the NCAA men's basketball tournament each year, just for fun. Lennie's family are all big Tarheel fans, of course. Here are some pictures of Samantha and I watching the selection special on Sunday night.









This year I let Cootie help me select my brackets. I didn't let her pick them all, for example I mostly picked the first couple rounds, but after that it was all Cootie. I put out two of her toys, and told her which toy represented each team, and whichever one she grabbed, that was our pick!
