Florida Trip, Part 3 - The Beach!
Samantha had her first trip to the beach while we were in Florida. If anyone asks her about it the first thing she says is, "I didn't like the water. It splashed me." Then she usually says, "But I liked the sand and the seashells." That pretty much sums up her first trip to the beach. It was fun though.
Blue Water! (Okay, this one was for me. I have a thing for blue water and our beaches in NC/SC just don't have blue water - it's more of a green/brown color.)
Samantha's first venture into the ocean. She didn't love it, but she tolerated it until a wave splashed her in the mouth one time.
Being rescued from the big, bad water by Aunt Kathy and then searching for seashells.
Much happier on the sand!

All in all, it was a good day at the beach!

Yes! My kids had that same "take" on the beach the first time they went, too. Water? [shrug] We've got that at home. But miles and miles of sand and shells?! RAWK!!!

Cute! Looks like a great trip. That water is gorgeous. LOL about it's splashiness. ;)
