Slip-Slidin' Away!
Samantha finally learned how to climb up the slide that she got for Christmas. As you can see she is quite proud of her accomplishment. (As you can also see, the slide is residing in our dining room at the moment. It will move outside in the spring.)
Getting up the slide is just step one though. She isn't quite as ready to go down the slide. She tries to talk herself into it with a "pep talk" - "slide, okay, slide, okay," but most of the time, she stops herself before she makes it all the way down (which is fortunate for Walnut).
She likes the "big kids" inflatable slide in the gym at church though!

Finally....NEW PICTURES!! That slide looks like so much fun!! She is lucky she has it all to her self!! I'm sure if she had one of her Washington cousins around they would "help" her down it!! Samanatha is just way too cute!
Tell Samantha her Aunt Minda really does know how to spell her name! I just get a little crazy when I type fast! I need to come up with a nickname for my dear Samantha. I have one for all the kids........I will have to think about it! Love ya all....especially my dear brother!
