I know, I know...

It has been a long time since we posted. I have several events to "blog," but I'll just start with one today.

Samantha and I spent the first weekend in August with "Aunt Sissy" (aka Stephanie) at Lake Lure. It was a great girls' weekend and we had a nice relaxing time.

We went shopping at Chimney Rock and after lunch we got ice cream and went down the the river walk. As you can see, Samantha thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream. She then surprised me by actually getting in the water.



This is Samantha saying how much she loves Aunt Kathy for letting us stay at her cabin - THIS MUCH! (Thanks Aunt Kathy for the ladybug dress as well).
