Can you believe it?!? 2 posts in one week!

Anyway, Samantha has been in a painting mood the last week or so. There were 3 or 4 nights in a row where she just HAD to paint. Here are a few pictures from one of the nights.

Now, I'm not really sure why she had to sit on her knees to paint on her easel, but it's what she chose to do. This was painting with watercolors, but on other nights she painted with tempera paint, color wonders paint, fingerpaint, and color wonders fingerpaints. She will also give descriptions for most if not all of the spots of color on the page. This particular picture had a "platypus, but not one with a long neck - he has a short neck" and "a stroller with its handle breaked off" and several other descriptions that I can't remember at the moment.



After she got tired of sitting on her knees, she changed positions. I asked if she wanted a chair, but she said she was fine.
