Hello blog readers! It's me again.
Today was a very busy day for us. This morning I was doing some serious work on my computer which involved a lot of lasers and new high scores, and when I came down the stairs I saw Lennie, but Samantha was nowhere to be found.
Then I turned the corner and saw this:
Oh frabjous day! Samantha was doing laundry! Now if only I could get her to mow the lawn.
With the laundry finished, we headed out for the international festival at UNCC. Here I am taking a nap. Apparently it wasn't too exciting wherever we were at the time.
But then the festival picked up significantly as I found my true calling in life. This is what I want to be when I grow up:
And no, I'm not kidding. Someday. Mark my words.
The international festival has a ton of booths from different countries. Some of them sell knick-nacks. Some of them sell food. Some of them show videos or play bagpipes.
One thing I always found strange is they aren't organized geographically. Like France is on one side of the festival and Germany is almost on the other side. But then I noticed they also had Israel and Palestine on opposite sides of the festival, and I decided maybe they do it for the best.
Anyway, more of me and Samantha:
After that we headed over to some shops around a pond in the UNCC area. We ate lunch there and then walked around the pond looking at the ducks, geese, and a swan. Here we are on our way back out. Samantha's head is very heavy.
You'd think after all that we'd be done, but no! We had a birthday party to attend! I call this picture "we're off to see the wizard."
What a busy day! I think I'll go take a nap.
